THE SEXUAL HYGIENE OF THE PASSIVE PARTNER

The preparation for a sexual encounter for the passive partner takes time, as it must be practiced before and after the relationship. So, let's divide this article into two parts:

a) Pre-relationship hygiene and

b) Post-relationship hygiene.

Pre-relationship hygiene

The final part of our intestine is called the rectum. The rectum finally ends in the anus. It is this last section of our intestine that we will pay attention to at this moment. It is in this part of our body that we must perform hygiene. Normally, it is a part of the intestine where not much fecal matter is deposited, but there are always remnants. These remnants are what can play a bad trick on us at the moment of the relationship, because they often come out without us realizing it. And we become aware of it more by the smell, and that warns us that something unpleasant is happening. This unpleasant situation can be avoided by performing good hygiene. This will also help us relax, as we won't have to worry about getting dirty and dirtying our partner.

The first thing a passive partner should have among their things (and which they will always carry with them) is a 250 cc rubber bulb syringe. This "bulb" will allow for a small enema, with the purpose of cleaning the rectum. In reality, this enema is not intended to move the intestine, but to clean the rectum.

So, we will proceed as follows. First, we go to the bathroom and defecate. This is very important, because everything that is in the rectum must be evacuated. We wash ourselves well and move on to the second step.

Second, we will perform the enema. We put clean and barely warm water "only water" in a glass. No additional product is necessary besides water. Then, we press the bulb from the back and fill it, making sure it fills completely with water and that there is no air. Otherwise, we will also introduce that air into the rectum. Once it's filled, standing and flexing our abdomen until we are at a right angle with our legs, we introduce the tip of the bulb into the anus and press it slowly until it is completely empty inside us.

We hold the water by tightening our buttocks, and fill it again; then, we repeat the same operation. We empty the contents of two or three 250 cc bulbs inside us, and no more. At that moment, we will feel the need to expel the water, so we sit on the toilet and expel it completely. If you look closely, you will see that the water does not come out clean.

We flush the toilet and repeat everything from the beginning. That is, we introduce the contents of two or three bulbs, hold the water, and then expel it.

At this point, the water we expel should be completely clean or much cleaner. If it still doesn't come out completely clean, we repeat the operation again. That's why it's important to flush the toilet to see if the water we expel actually comes out clean.
