ENEMAS

It is the procedure of introducing a liquid through the rectal route.

TYPES OF ENEMAS:

Evacuant enemas: These are the ones that act immediately (15 to 20 minutes maximum), used to treat fecal retention, elimination of cefalomas, or constipation, such as in pregnant women.

Retention enemas: These are the ones that require the retention of the introduced substance for a minimum of 30 minutes to several hours, used to introduce medications or radio-opaque substances, such as barium sulfate used in X-rays to visualize images of the lower intestinal tract for diagnostic purposes. There are also enemas for rectal feeding, a measure that has fallen out of use.

Clismafilic enemas: These are the ones performed as a vehicle to obtain sexual excitement, that is, they are part of sexual practices, such as the expression or variation of paraphilias, especially BDSM.

POSITIONS IN BONDAGE

Hogtied Position:

Tie hands and feet together; the classic posture face down with hands tied to feet behind the back.

Over-arm tie Position:

It is when the hands are tied at the height of the nape of the neck behind the head. There are several ways to do it, wrists tied to their respective arms, wrists tied to each other. Once the arms are tied, they are tensioned with a rope backwards and attached to the trunk at the height of the chest or waist, thus avoiding the possibility of pulling the arms forward.

Strappado Position:

The hands are tied to the back, then raised in such a way that the trunk is forced to flex, leaving the hands above the head.

Spread-eagle Position:

It consists of tying the arms and legs separately and opening them, leaving the passive person totally exposed and vulnerable, generally in the form of a cross. A cross or four points on the wall can be used for a vertical position and the bars of a bed for a horizontal position. When tensioned, movement is lost.

Frog-tie Position:

It is a slavery position where the ankles are tied together with the thighs, leaving a position that resembles a crouched frog. The wrists can be tied to the back or joined with the respective thighs. It puts the submissive person in a vulnerable position, but does not leave them completely immobilized, being able to move, although with very clumsy movements.

Balltie Position:

The submissive is tied in the shape of a ball. The feet must touch the buttocks, the knees on the chest, passing the ropes under the knees and back. The hands must go to the back and the elbows as close together as possible. Be careful with the pressure on the abdomen, do not impede breathing.

Elbows touching Position:
