Electronic music, lights, smoke, tension, a naked 34-year-old man tied on a bed, another caged, while two others with masks are nearby. The one they call The Acupuncturist approaches with a surgical-steel tray containing 34 sealed and sterilized needles of various sizes, diameters, and of a single material.

The man tied on the bed waits, completely surrendered to his fate, which will be terrible, but which he understands is what he deserves. The man approaches, tells him what he will do, and applies alcohol to his pectorals, where he will begin his terrible task.

The slave feels it like a knife in his torso, a prolonged shock. He does not scream or complain, he only clenches his teeth, does not move. It is only the beginning.

The second is one centimeter higher. The third is over the right nipple. The pain is already more intense and the slave stirs, but manages to control himself. He must save energy. Then come larger needles; these are for his balls. It is the hardest so far; when the scrotum is pierced he screams from his stomach. He thinks they are not only piercing his balls, but cutting them with glass. There are three needles; with each of them he screams louder. He cannot help it, but it also helps him regain focus and not go insane. The Acupuncturist then inserts four thick needles into his dick, beneath the foreskin.
