Beltrán’s sleep was not pleasant; on the contrary, despite the exhaustion that had overtaken him, it was light and not very restorative. Added to this was that the hose supplying the scant air he breathed would become saturated with saliva and cut off his air, forcing him to blow to clear it; this would wake him and cause him enormous panic, rattling breaths, and fear of falling asleep again. A true torture. In the end he did not even know how long he had been at it, but DHH did know: exactly 6 hours.

Throughout that long lapse, the number of subscribers watching decreased, but there was always a more than interesting amount. For DHH it was an incentive, aside from the fact that many of them asked what additional services they could request from the slaves.

For Cuan, already accustomed to it, it was easier.

The Albanian woke both of them with cold water thrown from a bucket. He freed Cuan first and then Beltrán, who did so slowly. His body hurt; the punishment received weighed on him. The cold shower helped, but it was insufficient.

Then came breakfast: milk with oats, bread with egg, and coffee. Some spectators opined that it was too much food for Beltrán, so part of his breakfast was taken away.

But what both did consume was protein. DHH also decreed that they be given a Neurobion injection. He also made them consume stimulants: the day was going to be too intense.

DHH had planned this day as intense, but without so much equipment and with more interaction between the slaves. He wanted to make the differences between them evident, Cuan’s superiority, and squeeze Beltrán’s pain. That mixture of endurance and suffering was a guarantee of success.

He would also allow private sessions and open space for broader sexual interaction between the slaves and also with the Albanian. He knew that was what the spectators expected, who were sadistic, but he also liked rough sex.

One of the few requests DHH had made to the owners of the slaves was that they be subjected to demanding physical training to prepare them for these hard sessions. Both owners — the Lord and Herr Karl — complied with this request to the letter. Especially intense was Cuan’s, who was already very advanced in his training, and Beltrán’s was equally demanding in the manner of his Master, who had neither mercy nor subtlety.

And DHH wanted to test this training: the slaves were taken to cell 2, where Cuan and the Albanian were, and to the rhythm of his whip, he began to indicate the exercises they had to perform: 30 push-ups, 30 squats, 30 front lunges, and 30 sit-ups, 5 sets. Maximum effort, total concentration, good response from Cuan, excellent recovery, it seems punishments do not affect him.
