My friend Luis/Max 3 Appears Kitty

Luis and Tomás had managed to keep their secret under wraps for weeks. From Monday to Friday, they were a normal couple, sharing dates, affectionate messages, and common dreams. But every weekend, the metamorphosis occurred: Luis would become Max, the perfect and adored pet, to the point where it was sometimes difficult to remember that beneath that furry and playful personality was the young man with whom Tomás shared his life.

On weekends, Tomás would take care of Max with great care: long walks, games, pampering, and even small "punishments" if Max behaved mischievously. Luis would surrender so much that, at times, during those days, it seemed as though Max had more presence than Luis. This duality between the weekends and weekdays made their relationship have a unique, profound, and complicated nuance at the same time.

But everything changed on an unexpected Saturday afternoon. Marcos, who had agreed to visit Tomás, knocked on the door just as Max and Tomás were in the middle of a routine of tricks. Marcos entered at the exact moment when Max was crouching to bring Tomás the ball, and his expression went from amazement to bewilderment.

"Is that you, Luis?" Marcos asked, unable to hide his incredulity.

Tomás became nervous and, suddenly, with haste, decided to act. Together, they caught Marcos and, fearing he would reveal their secret to the rest of the group, opted to use hypnosis to prevent it. With caution and speed, Tomás slid soothing words, and Marcos fell into a trance.

When he awoke, Marcos was no longer the same. He was now Kitty, a small, timid, and frightened cat, according to his new hypnotic persona. Marcos meowed softly and avoided any rough contact, just like a fearful cat would.

Luis and Tomás looked at each other with concern and a hint of guilt, but they knew they had to protect their secret. They spent hours, even days, deciding what to do with "Kitty".
