My neighbor the contractor (part 1 of 3)

In the 6th floor to the right lives Julián, a contractor, known throughout the neighborhood. He and his crew do integral renovations, whether it's tearing down a partition or changing the electrical installation, painting, or simply replacing the elderly's bathtub with a shower plate. Competitive prices, although with him and his guys, you never know when the job will be finished. In return, the quality of the final work, the closeness, and the affable treatment he generally dispenses make many neighbors in the area want to hire him.

By the dirtiness of his clothes, you can tell if he's coming from doing some administrative task or from unloading materials and getting into work. There are days when you see him covered in cement residue and dust, and of course, sweaty and tired.

That's why it's common for him to refuse to get in the elevator with other neighbors. "Don't worry, Doña Pilar. Look at me! I'm all sweaty. You go first," "You go first with the kids, I'll wait," "No need to thank me, it's nothing."

Sometimes, you get in the elevator and you know perfectly well that he must have been the last one to use it.

A couple of times, he had done the same to me, but three weeks ago, I told myself I wasn't going to miss the opportunity to get in the elevator with him again and take a closer look.

Julián is not tall, a bit overweight, with a budding belly and love handles in the waist area. His beard is thick but not very poorly maintained, his arms are hairy, and (depending on how open his shirt or work uniform is) you can catch a glimpse of a hairy chest as well. And if two small symmetrical bumps are visible under his clothes, you can guess two succulent male nipples.

And yes, even though I got off on the fourth floor and he continued two more floors, I was not only able to see his arms up close or calculate the volume of his package, but I also inhaled that mix of sweat, tobacco, and beer smell that lingered on me. And I arrived home and couldn't understand how that guy who stank could provoke such excitement in me and... I had to jerk off.
