Chapter 4, The Clown and his Permanent Humiliation

Don Risitas and Señor Jajá greet the audience with bows as circus music plays.

• Don Risitas: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the circus of heavy jokes! I'm Don Risitas and this is Señor Jajá, today we present to you the most pathetic, small, and fat clown... Guarrillo!"

Señor Jajá pulls the vagabond clown's collar, forcing him to crawl to the center; Guarrillo tries to get up but Don Risitas pushes him to the ground with his foot.

• Señor Jajá: "Don't get up, Guarrillo! You're so small you shouldn't even try. And you know what? You don't have a clown father because even he was ashamed of this dwarf pig!"

• Don Risitas: "And his girlfriend! She's unfaithful to him with half the circus and is with him out of pity. Who would want this useless fat guy?"

The audience laughs out loud while Guarrillo, crawling, lets out an "Oink, oink!" and lowers his head in humiliation.

Don Risitas and Señor Jajá decide to take off Guarrillo's clothes to expose him.

• Don Risitas: "It's time to teach this pig his place! Let's show them how this filthy, dwarf, and fat clown loses his dignity".

Señor Jajá grabs Guarrillo's tattered pants and tears them off with an exaggerated movement, leaving the vagabond clown in pink underwear with a piglet print, which are slightly torn and too small for his large buttocks. The shirt is also torn off, leaving his plump body in view: a prominent belly, flabby arms, and his enormous buttocks protruding.

• Señor Jajá: "Look at this body, gentlemen! What man would look like this? He's a fat and pathetic pig, not a man!"

The audience, especially the men, laugh out loud while Lente Risón takes photos and records a video, getting close to capture every humiliating detail. Guarrillo tries to cover himself, but Don Risitas pulls him by the collar and puts him on his feet, forcing him to turn so everyone can see his body.

• Don Risitas: "Repeat what you are, Guarrillo! Say it loud for the men in the audience!"

The vagabond clown, trembling and with a broken voice, repeats: "I'm a fat pig... a pathetic dwarf... I'm not a man... Oink, oink!"; the audience bursts into laughter, and the men in the stands mock him even more.

Don Risitas takes out a giant wooden board with a drawing of a pig and the phrase "Pig's Buttocks" written in large red letters and shows it to the audience.

• Don Risitas: "Look at this buttocks! So big it could be a mountain. What do we do with pigs like Guarrillo, audience?"

The audience shouts: "Hit them!" Don Risitas and Señor Jajá take turns hitting the vagabond clown's buttocks with the board, each hit accompanied by a "PUM!" and an "Oink, oink!" from Guarrillo. His buttocks tremble exaggeratedly, and Lente Risón records everything, laughing while doing so.
