The doctors contacted me about 10 days ago to organize through an app. We talked until they finally told me they were available, asked which days worked for me, I replied, and they confirmed. I never heard from them again until five days before the appointment when they wrote to me reconfirming the appointment and the rules. Honestly, I didn't think they were actually going to tell me to go, two days before they wrote to me again sending me instructions like not to ejaculate from Wednesday and listed types of food they recommended, and told me to wear white underwear and a tank top.

They confirmed the time, which was Friday at 4 PM, and the address.

When he returned, he handed me the usual questionnaire with the tests from last time and notes on each of them. Proposed tests that could be done, and I was to cross out 3 as we had agreed. I crossed out the tranquilizers, blood tests, and injections, and there was one thing I had never read that said testicle sensitivity to puncture. I asked the nurse what that was, although I had a rough idea. He said they used needles to prick the scrotum to check for sensitivity. I crossed that out. But then rereading everything again, I saw something that said saline infusion; I asked again, and he said it was to inflate the testicles with serum… I freaked out because I couldn’t cross out any more… So I took out the blood tests and injections that scared me.
