By this document, which I acknowledge as having contractual value, I fully surrender myself to my Master, Owner, Lord, and Teacher, and I accept serving him as a slave for as long as he requires my services. By this same act, I completely renounce my previous identity, which I repudiate, and I will henceforth be called "newen", "Slave", "Bitch", "Whore", or whatever my Master wishes to call me. It is under this new identity that I sign at the bottom of this document, whose content I accept in its entirety, fully conscious, knowing and accepting that each of its articles establishes norms typical of a BDSM relationship, and that my condition within this framework of relationships will be nothing other than that of an obedient submissive at the mercy of my Master's desires and pleasure.

Article 1: In order to be recognized as a slave at any moment and in any situation, my Master will impose upon me a series of attributes that I will wear with pride, and whose simple display will be a source of intimate satisfaction for me. These attributes include both reversible and permanent ones: collars, rings, earrings, piercings, tattoos, etc. This also includes the clothing that my Master chooses for each moment and situation.

Article 2: By accepting my full submission, I obligate myself to respect and permanently obey my Master's decisions, to whom I freely surrender control of my understanding and will, obliging myself to obey him and give him pleasure at all times, and trusting blindly in his wisdom. I recognize the burden that my mistakes will represent for my Master and assume all guilt, as well as the penances that will derive from them. Therefore, I fully and willingly accept all punishments and corrections that my Master imposes upon me with the intention of achieving perfection.

Article 3: By surrendering myself to my Master to realize my slave fantasies, I assume that my learning has a cost. As payment for this, I offer my body for him to enjoy, using it, dressing it, and molding it to his taste. I also commit to maintaining a constantly obedient and sensual attitude and to showing myself attractive and appetizing so that my Master always obtains the maximum pleasure when using me.

Article 4: My greatest desire is to become a perfect slave to the orders of a strict and severe Master, knowing that this will require constant perfection.
