Two corpulent men appear in a dark and theatrical scene, with dramatic lighting on their naked and semi-naked bodies against an industrial concrete wall. One is sitting on the floor, completely naked although without a visible penis, with a voluminous torso, white hair, and his mouth open as he looks upward. In front of him, another man standing, also with a bare torso, wears black leather pants, a belt, and military boots, and holds a small dark object near the seated man's mouth, creating a tension of domination, submission, and fetishism. The composition highlights skin, belly, chest, leather, boots, and an intimate, raw, and provocative atmosphere.

A dominant 40-year-old potbellied man with a thick hairy belly, wearing tight black leather pants and heavy leather boots, standing over a very large obese elderly grandfather with massive sagging body, deep skin folds and heavy belly. The dominant man is actively whipping the submissive old man with a leather whip, red welts across his back and buttocks. Realistic anatomy, detailed sweaty skin textures, shiny leather material, dramatic low-key lighting, high detail, photorealistic, cinematic composition.
